First let me say I have a complex case and flew in from the U.S.A to have my procedures done by the NeoDental team. My experience with NeoDental has thus far been extraordinary. First are two amazing ladies, Vanessa and Alexandra whom NeoDental calls Patient Ambassadors. They bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed to prepare for my surgeries and recovery. In addition to providing transportation to and from my appointments, they provided transportation to buy items I would need to speed my recovery including trips to the pharmacy and personal needs. I was always told if there was any other way they could help it would be their pleasure. Patient Ambassadors? These ladies are much more than that to me. They are my NeoDental angels. Dr. Miller? In addition to being impeccably credentialed, he takes a personal interest in his patients' well-being. In addition to Vanessa and Alexandra being in touch with me to answer my queries, Dr. Miller had TWO conference calls with me before I made my choice for NeoDental. WHAT DOCTOR DOES THAT? I have complete trust in him to provide me with a fully functioning mouth and a beautiful smile. Additionally Dr. Miller chose to bring a maxiliofacial surgeon, Dr. Omar, himself extensively credentialed, in on my case. My progress has been outstanding so far. Dr. Miller is the best of the best and delivers a superior brand of services. He did 23 veneers for me that look very real and feel great. I trusted him 100% from the moment I met him. You can tell he is very well trained and professional. I liked that he is patient and takes the time to do a great job. Believe me you don’t want an impatient dentist when doing a procedure so serious. I know the treatment here was way more advanced than I could have received in Colorado, USA where I am from. Because he owns his business, he make sure everything is according to top standards. He has the best equipment. He has his own lab, and makes each veneer himself! I almost don’t want to mention price, because there are so many more important reasons to use Dr. Miller, but his pricing WAS more competitive than the competition in Cancun. It's been a wonderful experience! My mother in law needed an all on 4 procedure, we searched everywhere for the best prices, and we found Dr Miller, who was so kind, and together with his team, he guided us through the whole process. The facilities were amazing! Everything clean, with a fresh aroma and a relaxing atmosphere. The whole staff was extremely patient, they explained everything to my mother in law, with a lot of patience, as she is an elder woman. We highly recommend Neo Dental and Dr Miller.

Dr Miller did almost full mouth restoration for my teeth, including veneers, crowns and bridges. Teeth look very natural. Not everything is perfect, but we had very little time and my situation was complicated. So overall I would recommend this clinic. It’s clean, professional and modern. They accept American credit cards which is a big plus.

I am another satisfied client of Neo Dental Clinic to be added in their list. I can smile now with confidence. Thanks to Doctor Miller and all the staff, they were very nice. I know I was kinda annoying asking lots of questions but they patiently answer all my question. Yes, veneers and implant is cost lots of money but Neo Dental Clinic has reasonable prices. Low price is one thing. But the quality is the most important thing. And I got that from Neo Dental Clinic. I can’t wait to go back and get my crown for my Implant.

My experience was great.Dr.Miller is kind and honest. I came from NYC to get my old crown bridges replaced and Dr.Miller definitely delivered.My case was extremely complex but I love my new smile and he used top quality zirconia material to create my smile better than what I would of received in the states. The office is beautiful, clean and so peaceful and the pricing is good. I’ve done a lot of research trying to find the best Dental professional and I’m so happy I chose Dr.Miller. I was a patient of Neo dental under Dr. Miller’s care November of 2022. I was referred to Dr. Miller by SOTA Dental. I was told that he was #1 dentist in Cancun. Well, after what happened to me I can’t say that dr. Miller is even #1 dental technician! But I trusted SOTA Dental & went to Cancun. At Neo dental I was informed that my surgeon for zygomatic implants will be Dr. Omar Lugo and the rest of it will be done by dr. Miller including my implant retained bridges, but Dr. Omar Lugo actually performed my entire surgery. Awesome surgeon, my recovery and healing process was painless. That's the only thing that was done right, my surgery, thanks to Dr. Omar Lugo. I had some implants that needed to heal before the abutments could be placed so I return to Cancun three months later according to his care plan. When I arrived to Cancun I was taken to outpatient radiology to do the scan. According to scan he said; everything is perfect, just perfect” we gonna see you tomorrow to place the abutments. The next day some abutments was placed and one trans-nasal left to go. But next day I was contacted by patient coordinator that they didn’t have appropriate abutment for my trans-nasal implant and that my appointment has to be rescheduled as they have to order the abutment. They had 3 months to order my abutments and they couldn’t manage that??? I didn’t like the fact that I had to stay in Cancun for another two weeks but I didn’t have a choice. My husband went home and I stayed. But dr. Miller contacted me and said: "I will finish you up! The next he picked me up from a hotel, numbed me and worked on my implant. At some point he called for more Anastasia. Why?! To my surprise once he was done I set at his desk and he went outside and made a call. When he came back inside he set across from me and said; “here’s your implant, it failed”, and placed the implant in front of me. I was speechless!! I took my implant and went outside, I don’t even remember how did I get back to my hotel or who drove me there. I could not believe what just happened! But I realized why it happened. There was a new patient from Alaska and I was in the way. Therefore, so Called #1 Dr. Miller took my implant out for his own convenience so he can hop on to the next patient!. I don’t even want to go on talking about miller as its not worth my time and I think I told you just enough. Just want to add that he was in the process of changing his clinic name from Neo Dental to “yeah smile”, well according to my experience and my end result, HA! Smile would be more appropriate. Just wanted to make you all aware if you come across that name you know who its. Why do one has the need to change the business name? We all know the answer to that. I also want to say that I was fortunate enough and that I found Top Smile by Dr. Omar Lugo and contacted him and asked for help. Dr. Omar agreed to see me and I went to Cancun October 1st. Dr. Omar and his amazing team of professionals quickly started working on my case that involved tightening some abutments and changing the incorrect ones. They corrected my bite and gave me my smile back. It takes a team of honest and passionate medical professionals who love what they do and actually cares about people in order to accomplish excellent end result. Such a team of dental care can deliver nothing but excellence. And thanks to Dr. Omar and his incredible team, I have my smile back and perfectly functional mouth. According to doctor Miller this couldn’t happen. He said that I have such a small mouth. Hm, if I have such a small mouth how did he mange fit such a big teeth in such a small mouth? Well, dr. Miller I got news for you! Top Smile by Dr. Omar Lugo and his team changed my HA! Smile to a perfect Top Smile. And by doing so they also unleashed my tongue and now I have a big such a mouth!! By the way SOTA Dental informed me that you would love to hear from me so I just stoped by to drop a few lines. Remember this? "Maybe you like it, maybe you don’t". Well, I didn't like it!
