24 aylıkken yanaklarındaki kızarıklıklar için ilk defa tavsiye üzerine gittik kendisine ve çocuğumuzun birtakım alerjileri olduğunu gördük. Hem bizlerle hem de çocukla kurduğu doğrudan ve samimi iletişim, kafamızdaki her soruya detaylı açıklamaları, ev düzenine ilişkin tavsiyeleri vs. her şey bir rahatsızlıkta karşılaşılabilecek en iyi şeylerdendi. Özellikle ilaç kullanım konusunda tereddüt eden eşimin içini rahatlatması bizim için çok önemliydi.
Şu ana kadar kah ilaç tedavisi, kah takip derken beraber 2 yıllık bir yoluculuğumuz oldu ve çocuğumuz çok iyi durumda ve ilaçları bırakma evresine geçtik beraber.
İyi ki yollarımız kesişmiş ve beraberce bu süreci takip etmişiz.

Mahir Bey ile son derece güzel süreçler geçirdik. Kendisi çok iyi bir insan. Çocuğum Mahir amcama gidelim diyor, o derece insanları kendine bağlıyor. Mahir Bey insanlarla çok ilgilenen, samimi bir uzman. Aynı zamanda duruşu olan bir insan. Samsun'dan gittiği için çok üzgünüz. Çocuğumun alerjisi vardı, bu yüzden muayene oluyorduk. Şu anda da herhangi bir şey olduğunda arıyoruz, kendisi bizi yönlendiriyor. Mahir Bey'in hem insanlığından hem de hizmetinden memnunuz.
Mahir Bey'den çok memnun kaldım. 2 yıldır bir hastalık süreci atlattım. Bir türlü tedavisi bulunamamıştı. Mahir Bey sayesinde sıkıntı yaşamıyorum. Şu anda çalıştığı kurumdan ayrıldığı için doktor arayışı içerisindeyim. Kronik ürtikerim var. Birçok doktora gittim ama tedavisi bulunamamıştı. Mahir Bey sağ olsun tedavimi buldu.
